Savoy: crinkled leaves varying from pale to dark green, mild flavour

Description

A compact head formed by leaves and is a close relative of the brussels sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower families.

Selection, Storage & Handling

Select heavy heads of cabbage with shiny leaves. Store in an airtight plastic bag in the refrigerator crisper.

Excellent source of Vitamin C and dietary fibre.
